Security for
major events
We provide security for more than 200 events a year, at Sala Palatului, Hala Laminor, Romexpo and Arenele Romane, and manned guarding for our clients' premises. We work with licensed security officers, organised in teams with a team leader and a coordinator who is responsible for the event from the first site visit until the last spectator has left.

Concerts, shows and galas
Access control, sectoring of the venue, stage and artist protection, crowd flow management and evacuation, coordinated with the Gendarmerie and the Emergency Situations Inspectorate.
Exhibitions, trade fairs and corporate events
Accreditation of exhibitors and visitors, hall access, overnight guarding of the stands and security for conferences and private events.
Manned guarding
Licensed officers on post, written post orders for every site, checkpoint patrols and a guarding plan based on the risk assessment.
Planning
before every event
Every event has its own security plan, drawn up after the site visit and agreed with the organiser. Teams are briefed before the gates open, and after the event you receive the full service report.
How we work
We start from the site visit and the profile of the event: the type of audience, the venue capacity, the schedule and the requirements of the artists or exhibitors. We set the access points, the sectors, the evacuation routes and the number of officers, then coordinate the plan with the organiser, the Gendarmerie and the Emergency Situations Inspectorate. For manned guarding, the starting point is the physical security risk assessment, mandatory under Romanian Law 333/2003 and Government Decision 301/2012.
Principles
One person in charge
Every event has a security coordinator who is responsible for it from planning to the very end.
Traceability
You receive a report for every event and, for guarded sites, the shift reports and the incident log.
Procedures
Access, sectoring and evacuation follow a written plan that every officer knows before the gates open.
Discretion
Our officers act firmly when the situation calls for it and stay discreet the rest of the time, so the audience can enjoy the event.
