This is an English translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Romanian version prevails.

2. Definitions

  • Website: the website available at forcegrupsecurity.ro, with all its pages and content.
  • Force Grup Security, “we”: FORCE GRUP SECURITY SRL, identified in section 1.
  • User, “you”: any natural or legal person accessing the website.
  • Content: the text, articles, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, design elements and any other material published on the website.
  • Quote request: a request sent through the website forms, by email or by phone, for event security or manned guarding services.

3. Purpose of the website

The website is a presentation website. Through it we provide information about the company and our event security, manned guarding and risk assessment services, publish articles and guides, and allow you to send us a quote request. No products or services are sold and no payments are made through the website.

4. Authorisation of our activity

Guarding and protection services are provided by Force Grup Security under an operating licence issued by the General Inspectorate of the Romanian Police, in accordance with Romanian Law no. 333/2003 on the guarding of premises, goods and valuables and the protection of persons. Security staff are qualified and licensed as required by law. Our management systems are certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2023 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022.

5. Use of the website

Access to the website is free and does not require an account. You agree to use the website in good faith, in accordance with the law and these terms. In particular, you must not:

  • send false data through the forms, data belonging to other people without their consent, or content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes the rights of others;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the IT systems supporting the website, disrupt their operation or introduce malicious software, which may constitute a criminal offence under Articles 360 to 365 of the Romanian Criminal Code;
  • automatically extract the website content for commercial purposes without our written consent, except for indexing by search engines and search assistants, which is permitted under the conditions of the robots.txt file;
  • use the website to send unsolicited commercial messages.

We reserve the right to restrict access for anyone who breaches these rules and to notify the competent authorities.

6. Quote requests and contracts

Sending a quote request does not create contractual obligations for you or for us. It allows us to assess your needs, arrange a site assessment where appropriate and send you a proposal.

  • The information about our services on the website is general in nature and does not constitute a firm offer within the meaning of Articles 1182 to 1189 of the Romanian Civil Code.
  • Our quote is issued in writing, after assessing each event or site, and is valid for the period stated in it.
  • Services are provided only under a written service contract, concluded in accordance with Law no. 333/2003 and its implementing rules. The contract, not the website, sets out the services, the price, the obligations of the parties and liability.
  • In the event of any discrepancy between the information on the website and the provisions of the contract, the contract prevails.

We reserve the right not to act on certain requests, for example when the services requested cannot be provided in compliance with the law or our licence.

7. Informational content and articles

The articles, guides and other material on the website are for information only. We write them carefully, based on the legislation and public sources available at the date of publication, but they do not constitute legal advice and do not replace the physical security risk assessment, the guarding plan or specialist advice for your specific situation. Legislation may change after an article is published. Before making decisions based on this information, check the legal text in force or consult a specialist.

The photographs from events illustrate our work. Event posters belong to the organisers and artists and are shown only to illustrate the events at which we provided security.

8. Intellectual property

The content of the website is protected by Romanian Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights and by trade mark legislation. The name “Force Grup Security”, the logo, and our own text, photographs and videos belong to Force Grup Security or are used with the consent of their owners. Event posters and the logos of certification bodies and public institutions belong to their respective owners.

You may view the content and share it through links or the share buttons. You may quote short extracts from the articles, citing the source and linking to the original page. Any other reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use of the content, in whole or in part, is only permitted with our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available, secure and accurate; however:

  • we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the website, which may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or for technical reasons beyond our control;
  • we are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the informational content of the website, without a specialist assessment;
  • we are not liable for damage caused by use of the website in breach of these terms.

These limitations do not apply where the law does not allow liability to be limited or excluded, in particular for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence (Article 1355 of the Romanian Civil Code), and for the rights the law grants to consumers. Liability for security and guarding services is governed exclusively by the contract concluded with each client.

10. Links to other websites

The website contains links to third-party websites, such as social networks, public institutions or event organisers. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies. You visit them at your own risk, and their use is governed by the terms of those websites.

11. Personal data and cookies

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy policy, and the storage technologies used on the website are described in the Cookie policy. Both form an integral part of these terms.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations relating to the website caused by force majeure or a fortuitous event within the meaning of Article 1351 of the Romanian Civil Code, such as natural disasters, pandemics, large-scale cyberattacks or outages of internet and hosting providers.

13. Information for consumers

Our services are aimed mainly at companies and event organisers. If you contact us as a consumer, you have all the rights provided by Romanian and European consumer protection legislation, and these terms do not limit them.

If you have a complaint, please write to us first at office@forcegrupsecurity.ro. We will reply within 30 days at the latest. If we cannot reach a solution, you may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) or use the alternative dispute resolution procedure (ADR, “SAL” in Romanian), governed by Government Ordinance no. 38/2015, through the ADR entities coordinated by the ANPC. Information is available at anpc.ro/ce-este-sal.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute relating to the use of the website will first be settled amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts in Bucharest. If you are a consumer, you also have the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of domicile, under Romanian law and Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012, and you do not lose the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the State in which you have your habitual residence, under Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I).

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the law, our services or the website. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top. Using the website after changes are published means you accept them.

16. Final provisions and contact

If any provision of these terms is declared void or unenforceable, the other provisions remain valid. Our failure to exercise a right under these terms at any given time does not mean that we waive it.

For any question about these terms, you can contact us at office@forcegrupsecurity.ro, on +40 720 559 065 or at our registered office, Str. Litoralului nr. 86, Sector 2, Bucharest, Romania.
