More than 200 events a year
Most major events in Romania take place with our teams, at Sala Palatului, Hala Laminor, Romexpo and Arenele Romane. We plan access control, sectoring, stage and artist protection, crowd flows and evacuation, in coordination with the organiser, the Gendarmerie and the Emergency Situations Inspectorate. Our coordinator stays on site from build-up until the last spectator has left.

Risk assessment and guarding plan
The physical security risk assessment required by Romanian Law 333/2003 and Government Decision 301/2012, carried out by assessors listed in the national register (RNERSF), and the guarding plan prepared for the police.

Shows and galas
At galas and shows with official guests, artists and press on the same night, we set up separate entrances for each group, guest-list and accreditation access, and protection for the stage and backstage areas, in coordination with the Gendarmerie. Security measures are firm but discreet, so guests enjoy the event without feeling their presence.
