Most major events in Romania take place with our teams

Concerts, shows, galas, exhibitions and corporate events at Sala Palatului, Hala Laminor, Romexpo and Arenele Romane. We plan access, crowd flows and evacuation together with the organiser, the Gendarmerie and the Emergency Situations Inspectorate (ISU), so the audience enjoys the event and security goes unnoticed.

From our work

Security for open-air concerts

At open-air concerts, our work starts with a site visit: we set the sectors, the evacuation routes and the entry checkpoints, then coordinate the deployment with the organiser, the Gendarmerie and the Emergency Situations Inspectorate. On the night, the teams at the gates, at the front-of-stage barrier and in the middle of the crowd work to the same plan, and the next day the organiser receives the full service report.

Exhibitions, trade fairs and corporate events

At exhibitions and trade fairs with thousands of visitors a day, we manage accreditation for exhibitors and visitors, access to the halls and overnight guarding of the stands, including during build-up and breakdown. A Force Grup Security coordinator stays on site from opening to closing, so the organiser has a single point of contact for everything related to security.
